If the workers can have some fun at the beginning of the training, they may be more open to the more serious points that come after.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use Visuals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use visuals like a video, slideshow, or presentation to show your audience what you mean instead of just talking at them.
