While this sounds excessive, it is the only way to really utilise your time and help stop procrastination. Having a list in front of you and making sure that you tick off all of those things before you finish for the day will really help you to stay motivated, and get things done. If you have to build a 20-minute coffee break into your routine, then you can do that, too.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Delegate and Outsource<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the main reasons that your business isn\u2019t very time efficient is probably because you\u2019re just taking on too much. &nbsp;If you want to become more time efficient, you need to ensure that you know when to say \u2018no\u2019 and don\u2019t push yourself too far. If you have too much on your plate, you\u2019ll feel so under pressure that you won\u2019t even know where to begin, and that isn\u2019t really great where time management is concerned. Take on what you can, and don\u2019t be afraid to say no if you don\u2019t think that you can do it. If it benefits your business, look at outsourcing it to a third-party, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/praxent.com\/services\/web-app-development\">praxent.com<\/a>. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Take a break<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you feel stressed all of the time, due to the amount of work you have to do, you can drive yourself crazy, especially if you\u2019ve been pulling your hair out and staring at your computer screen for a few hours. Taking a break, whether it\u2019s a 10-minute walk around the block or an hour at lunch, will help you to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychologytoday.com\/gb\/blog\/changepower\/201704\/how-do-work-breaks-help-your-brain-5-surprising-answers\">refocus your mind,<\/a> and come back with a fresh outlook. &nbsp;Walk away from things for a little while, and don\u2019t feel guilty about doing this. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stay away from the emails<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We know that emails are essential. You have to answer them promptly or your business risks its reputation, but it will take up a lot of your time if you\u2019re just sitting there with your emails open every minute of the day. &nbsp;Put aside some time every few hours to check emails, and do not look at them outside of this.
