As a certified Rethinking Impostor Syndrome™ Coach Practitioner I am really excited to be offering this.

I created this 4 week program to help introverts know when impostor syndrome is affecting them and how to neutralize it because I experienced impostor syndrome first hand and it was incredibly debilitating and caused me to make costly mistakes in my business. It’s hard enough being an introvert in a world that favors extroverts, but add in impostor syndrome and it can feel like you’re constantly fighting an uphill battle.

I want to help other introverts avoid the traps of impostor syndrome so they can lead happier, more fulfilling lives. It’s not easy to overcome impostor syndrome on your own, but with this program,  you will know when impostor syndrome is affecting you and how to neutralize it. You’ll learn to identify the symptoms of impostor syndrome, understand its causes, and develop strategies to cope with it.
