They’re always asking you to work overtime
Bosses always ask colleagues to work overtime. That’s the way of the working world. But, if your employer turns to you more than others, they may be taking advantage. Because you’re a quiet person, you may be afraid to refuse. As such, you could be the only one working when all your colleagues have gone home. Of course, this is a hard thing to prove, especially given you accept the work each time. The only way to break the cycle is to learn how to say no.
